Refunds are available only for customers in their first month of service. Clients in their first month may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if they are dissatisfied. After the initial 24-hour window, refunds will not be granted as work begins immediately upon payment.
Cancellation Policy
For existing customers, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle. Due to the nature of the services and payment processing through Square, cancellations requested within the 24-hour window preceding the billing date will take effect in the following billing cycle, and the client will be charged for the current cycle.

Clients must actively participate in the services they are receiving. Delays or failures to provide requested information or feedback within the required timeframes may limit the effectiveness of our services. Celer will not be held liable for suboptimal results due to client inaction.
Celer may use publicly available information to continue providing services when the client fails to provide necessary data within the required timeframe. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or issues resulting from using public information.
Refunds are only available under the terms outlined in the Refund Policy section above. Requests for cancellations must adhere to these timelines, and work that has already been initiated cannot be undone for a refund.
Celer is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
By using our Services, you agree to allow Celer to identify you as a customer and use your name or logo in our marketing materials, including on our website.
