Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines Celer LLC’s (“Celer”) policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing information related to our services. It also describes the security measures we have in place to protect the information you provide while using our services, including those made available through this website and other software or services offered by Celer (the “Services”). By using our Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, and other uses of your information as described in this Policy.


Information We Collect

1. Personal Information

When expressing interest in our Services or registering to use them, we collect personal contact information such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Personal Contact Information”). If you purchase Services, we may also collect billing information such as credit card numbers and billing addresses (“Billing Information”).

2. Data, Diagnostic & Login Information

Using our Services, you may create, upload, and share content like company descriptions, logos, custom emails, etc. (collectively referred to as “Data”). This information is stored and maintained on Celer’s servers. Additionally, in the event of technical errors, we may request Diagnostic Information, such as crash reports or system logs.

3. Analytics Information

We collect standard Analytics Information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and clicks. This helps improve the functionality of our Services.


How We Use the Information We Collect

1. Personal Contact Information

We use this to administer and provide our Services, communicate updates, and send product announcements. Occasionally, we may also use this information for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law.

2. Billing Information

Billing Information is processed through third-party providers like

. We do not store your billing details on our servers. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy for more information on how they handle your billing data.

3. Data & Diagnostic Information

This is used solely for maintaining and improving our Services and ensuring their technical functionality.


Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for customers in their first month of service. Clients in their first month may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if they are dissatisfied. After the initial 24-hour window, refunds will not be granted as work begins immediately upon payment.


Cancellation Policy
For existing customers, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle. Due to the nature of the services and payment processing through Square, cancellations requested within the 24-hour window preceding the billing date will take effect in the following billing cycle, and the client will be charged for the current cycle.


Service-Specific Terms

1. Google Business Profile (GBP) Services

Celer’s GBP Services aim to optimize your online presence and improve local rankings. However, due to the unpredictable nature of Google’s systems, we cannot guarantee specific ranking outcomes, and the following conditions apply:

- Unverification, Suspension, or Removal of GBP: Celer is not liable for any issues related to the unverification, suspension, or removal of your Google Business Profile. These actions are at Google’s discretion, and we cannot influence their policies. Therefore, these occurrences do not qualify for a refund.

- Onboarding and Participation: If a client does not complete the onboarding process despite our outreach via email, text, or phone, we will continue to work on the profile to the best of our ability based on the available data. Celer reserves the right to pause or cancel your subscription if your non-participation hinders our ability to deliver the service. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances if we have performed due diligence to contact you.

- Public Data Usage: If the client fails to provide information within one week of our request, Celer reserves the right to use publicly available information to continue the optimization process. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors arising from using publicly sourced information.


2. Website Creation Services

Celer provides custom website creation designed to reflect your brand and engage your audience. Due to the subjective nature of design, the following terms apply:

- Design Revisions: Our website design services require client feedback at specific stages. Once a design draft has been submitted, any significant revisions may incur additional fees. We encourage timely feedback, as delays caused by client inaction will not be considered Celer’s responsibility.

- No Guarantee of Results: While we design websites to optimize user engagement and conversions, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in terms of leads, sales, or website traffic. Clients should actively participate in the design process to ensure the project meets their expectations.


3. Social Media Management & Ads

Our social media services aim to boost your online presence and engagement across platforms. However, because social media results are influenced by various external factors, including algorithms and market trends, the following applies:

- No Guarantee of Metrics: Celer cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as follower growth, engagement rates, or sales increases, as these are influenced by external factors beyond our control. As such, refunds will not be provided based on unsatisfactory social media metrics after work has commenced.

- Ad Performance: Social media ad performance is subject to change due to platform policies and audience behavior. While we optimize ads for the best results, Celer is not liable for changes in performance caused by these external factors.


4. Copywriting & Branding Services

Celer offers custom copywriting and branding services tailored to your business. Given that these services are highly subjective, the following terms apply:

- Revision Policy: Clients are encouraged to provide clear feedback during the draft stage. Once final drafts are delivered, any major revisions may incur additional fees. Refunds will not be provided once a project has entered the revision phase.

- No Guarantee of Results: While our copywriting is designed to engage your target audience, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased conversion rates or customer engagement.


Liability and Limitations

1. Liability for External Factors

Celer is not liable for issues resulting from external platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, or third-party services such as Square for payment processing). For example, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in services, suspensions, or errors caused by these third-party platforms.

2. Client Involvement

Clients must actively participate in the services they are receiving. Delays or failures to provide requested information or feedback within the required timeframes may limit the effectiveness of our services. Celer will not be held liable for suboptimal results due to client inaction.

3. Public Data and Information Accuracy

Celer may use publicly available information to continue providing services when the client fails to provide necessary data within the required timeframe. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or issues resulting from using public information.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only available under the terms outlined in the Refund Policy section above. Requests for cancellations must adhere to these timelines, and work that has already been initiated cannot be undone for a refund.

5. Force Majeure

Celer is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.


Marketing and Publicity

By using our Services, you agree to allow Celer to identify you as a customer and use your name or logo in our marketing materials, including on our website.


Third-Party Applications and Data Sharing

Celer may use third-party providers for data processing, analytics, and payment management. These trusted partners are bound by similar privacy obligations and may only use your information for the purposes necessary to fulfill our services.


Changes to the Privacy Policy

If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you via email and/or update the Policy on our website. You are responsible for reviewing such updates.
